Fill the Truck: A Community Way to Support Project Lemonade

In recognition of Maya's Foster Care Awareness month Project Lemonade hosted its first Fill the Truck event in the West Hills neighborhood on May 2. Neighbors were able to conveniently drop off new and nearly new items in a rented moving truck. Over 56 neighbors generously donated clothing and shoes, more than $1,500 was raised, and the truck was filled! If your neighborhood, workplace, school or organization would like to learn how to organize a Fill the Truck event contact Madison Burke: madison.projectlemonade@gmail.com
