Gail Andersen

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENTGail has been with Project Lemonade since 2013, starting as a volunteer, moving into a Board role and now as a staff member. She has 15 years experience in the fields of community engagement and grant writing. Gail holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from Cornell College, Iowa.

Julia Dressler

STORE PROGRAM MANAGERJoining the team in 2023, Julia brings over 5 years of experience working with foster youth as an Independent Living Program worker and coordinator at Native American Youth and Family Center (NAYA). She brings additional experience facilitating groups for resource parents and kinship families as well as serving youth through tutoring, leading outdoor activities, and coaching gymnastics.
Julia holds a BS in Social Work from Concordia University.

Rebecca Gundle

INTERN PROGRAM MANAGERRebecca brings over 15 years of teaching and nonprofit program management experience to Project Lemonade through her work with Outdoor School, Portland Public Schools, LISTOS Academy, and Andeo International Homestays. She majored in Latin American Studies with a focus in Anthropology at Wesleyan University and obtained her Masters in Teaching from Lewis & Clark College.

Zahra Malikshah

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERZahra has been involved with Project Lemonade since 2016 starting as a Level 1 Intern. She is currently an undergraduate student at Portland State University, focusing on Middle Eastern Studies and American Sign Language. Zahra is a fashion icon and a lover of all things pink.

Lindsay McDonnell

EXECUTIVE DIRECTORLindsay is a passionate nonprofit leader who began her involvement with Project Lemonade as a volunteer in 2016. Lindsay holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Portland State University. Lindsay has also served the foster youth community as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer.

Kelly Saavedra

PROGRAM OPERATIONS MANAGERKelly began her career in social services over 20 years ago in Victim Advocacy. Kelly holds a BA of Psychology from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Education with emphasis in Counseling/Human Relations from Northern AZ University. Being new to Portland, Kelly joined Project Lemonade in 2018 as a volunteer, in addition to working as a CASA.

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORAllison joined Project Lemonade in 2022, bringing 15 years' experience in non-profit fundraising and development to the team. Allison loves engaging people in the causes that make our city more kind, caring and vibrant. Allison is a proud graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, with a BS in Communication Studies and a minor in Business.
